We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to manage, analyze, and maintain data systems to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting large datasets while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of information.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights
Generate reports and dashboards for internal teams
Support data migration, integration, and validation processes
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with data management tools and databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
